I've used this tool for ages now ever since playbook but its fantastic, easy to use and still works great even on 10.3
download DDPB
to run this program, put your BB10 device into dev mode, then copy the IP shown on your device in the space provided in DDPB yes it says PlayBook but it works just the same for BB10. after that enter your device password and hit connect. next choose "add" above the file box to add your bar files once they are brought to the file box check what you want to install then hit install......easy as pie. if you have any questions feel free to send me a DM -Lilly
