This is my favorite go to on the go App for side-loading any OS system app or Android runtime or anyy othe Bar file i need not found in BBworld.  this is an Over the air side-loading tool its a tiny bit tricky to set up for the newbie but well worth it.  you get a few free credits once you load it and for like $5 via paypal you can get like 60 credits.  Ive had this on all three of my BB10 devices since it debut last year....great app for on the go hybrid building.    download the bar file at the Sideswype web page found here    any questions are answered there or you can also contact the dev direct if absolutely
