I was building my own Ads System while waiting for some better Ads Services from BlackBerry, so here’s what I’ve built so far.

 

You can make your own customized ads, unlimited number of ads you want for FREE. You can make an add that will point the user to a an App/Vendor in BlackBerry World, Web Page via Browser, and display a Message like an announcement.

FYI: Not Found

The requested URL /nemory-ads-services-for-blackberry-10-developers-free/ was not found on this server.  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Edit:  Actually, it looks like your MySQL instance is down - most likely caused by wordpress.  The root website, and associated utilities are offline.  By the time this gets read, it'll probably be back online, so you can probably disregard this.
